모카빵 (Mocha Bread) by 호주가이버

내가 한국에 가면 하루도 빼놓지 않고 먹는 빵이 모카빵이다.

오늘은 호주 가이버 유튜버의 레시피로 따라 만들어 보기로 했다.

 

[Cookie Dough]

1 egg

2 tbsps butter

1/2 cup sugar

1 pinch of salt

2 tbsp of coffee water

1 cup of flour

 

[Bread dough]

1 egg

2 tbsps butter

1/3 cup of sugar

1 pinch of salt

2 tbsp of coffee water

1/2 cup of milk

2 cups of flour

2 tsps baking powder

1 cup of raisin

 

350F에서 30분 (우리집은 40분)

 

반죽을 만들어 오븐에 들어가기 직전~
